About Us

Bellevue Art & Frame is one of the oldest, most established Art Material and Framing businesses on the eastside. It began as Bucket & Brush in 1962, a paint store and home decorating center located in the Crossroads Shopping Center. Over the years we have added custom framing, readymade frames, art material, gifts and cards, and products that are creative, good designs and fun.

Under new ownership since 1994, Bellevue Art and Frame has grown to offer complete art materials, the eastside's largest selection of readymade wall and photo frames, and a unique gift department. Our custom frame department handles every framing project from the simplest clip frame to museum quality work.

In February of 2000 we expanded once again to over 10,000 square feet and we remodelled again in the summer of 2001. Our primary focus of Art Materials and Framing now includes The Toy Place. 

We listened to our customers and realized that Bellevue needed a specialty toy store that focused on the creative and play needs of the children in our community. We created The Toy Place, a "store within our store". The Toy Place selection highlights quality, creative toys and games that are unique.

The Toy Place is a great store for parents and grandparents or anyone looking for quality toys for the child in their life.
